2012 ELCA Youth Gathering
New Orleans, Louisiana
July 18-22, 2012
Open to teenagers going into 9th
through 12th grade or having just
graduated from high school at the time
of the Gathering.
Adult chaperons age 21 or older will be
needed. Number will be based on
number of youth attending.
Registration will be needed by
October 2nd so we may register on
October 9th.
Meetings will be starting in
August 2011. Mark your calendars. |

Ladies and Gentlemen, bring your
sweetheart, or Mom, or Dad, or friend, or
date for a special Valentines Dinner on Sunday,
February 12, at 4:30 p.m. The Youth will
sponsor a delightful evening of good food and
Valentine surprises. Tickets will be available
from the Youth Group beginning Sunday,
January 15th. |

Lenten Suppers Warm Body & Soul
Beginning Ash Wednesday, February 22, Grace Lutheran will offer Soup & Sandwich Lenten Suppers before the
evening worship services. The suppers begin serving at 5:45 p.m. with the Beneath the Cross of Jesus Lenten
services following at 6:45 p.m.

share, we will provide the pool, salads and
PENSO’S Pizza!!
Remember this is for ALL ages! Bring your
Euchre cards or board game and have a fun
evening during the long winter nights!

VALENTINES DINNER &
AN EVENING TO REMEMBER
Invite your valentine to a delightful evening of dining and
entertainment on February 12th at 4:30 pm! The Youth of Grace
Lutheran will be serving you a delicious swiss steak dinner with all
the trimmings. Ask your special someone ... spouse, friend, mother,
father, daughter, son, aunt, uncle ... to join us for a special evening
of good food, good friends and valentine surprises.
TICKETS are $12 each, and will be available before and after church services
beginning January 15, or from any youth or youth leader. Tickets will also be
available in the church office, Monday-Friday, 9am - 3pm.
For families with young children, babysitting will be available in the church
nursery, but reservations are necessary. Donations will be accepted for the
babysitting services. A light supper will be provided for the children.
